HARVEY HOUSE TRAINYARD TOUR
The Barstow Harvey House Train History exhibit at the Route 66 Mother Road Museum showcases the elegant legacy of the Fred Harvey Company and the Santa Fe Railway through photographs of the legendary Harvey Girls. Housed within the historic 1911 Casa del Desierto Harvey House itself, the exhibit immerses visitors in the golden age of luxury rail travel and the vital role Barstow played as a bustling desert crossroads on the journey west.
